IF YOU'RE APPLYING AT HOME

Set your iron to max 150°C with no steam. Place a thin cotton cloth over the patch and press firmly for 30 seconds. Let it cool completely before handling.

BEST FABRICS

Cotton, denim, canvas, wool, and cotton-polyester blends work great.

AVOID THESE MATERIALS

Silk, leather, faux leather, nylon, velvet, and technical/waterproof fabrics — heat can damage them and the adhesive won't bond properly.

CARE TIPS

Wash inside out in cold or warm water (max 30°C). Avoid tumble drying and ironing directly over the patch.

Combien coûtent les patchs ?
Les patchs coûtent de 1€ à 4€ selon la taille et le design. Les bases (totebags, pouches, etc.) coûtent à partir de 6€.
Comment applique-t-on les patchs ?
Les patchs sont appliqués avec une presse thermique industrielle directement en magasin en 30 secondes. Vous pouvez aussi les emporter et les appliquer à la maison avec un fer à 150°C.
Où êtes-vous situés exactement ?
C/ Bòria 24, 08003 Barcelona (quartier El Born). À 3 minutes à pied de la station de métro Jaume I (L4).
Quels sont vos horaires ?
Lundi au vendredi : 12:00 - 20:00h
Samedi et dimanche : 11:00 - 20:00h
Ai-je besoin d'un rendez-vous ?
Non, venez simplement quand vous voulez. Normalement il n'y a pas d'attente, mais en haute saison (été, week-ends) il peut y avoir 5-10 minutes de queue.
Quels moyens de paiement acceptez-vous ?
Nous acceptons espèces et carte (sans contact aussi). Carte préférable.
Puis-je les appliquer sur n'importe quel tissu ?
Ils fonctionnent mieux sur coton, denim, toile, laine et mélanges coton-polyester. NON recommandés pour soie, cuir, nylon, velours ou tissus techniques/imperméables.
Comment laver les vêtements avec des patchs ?
Laver à l'envers à l'eau froide ou tiède (max. 30°C). PAS de sèche-linge. PAS de repassage direct sur le patch.
Offrez-vous une garantie ?
Si un patch appliqué en magasin se décolle dans les premiers jours en raison d'un défaut de fabrication, venez au magasin et nous le réappliquerons gratuitement ou le remplacerons. Pareil si vous avez un problème avec un porte-clés ou autre.
Je ne parle pas espagnol. Est-ce un problème ?
Pas du tout ! Nous parlons anglais, espagnol et catalan.
