IF YOU'RE APPLYING AT HOME

Set your iron to max 150°C with no steam. Place a thin cotton cloth over the patch and press firmly for 30 seconds. Let it cool completely before handling.

BEST FABRICS

Cotton, denim, canvas, wool, and cotton-polyester blends work great.

AVOID THESE MATERIALS

Silk, leather, faux leather, nylon, velvet, and technical/waterproof fabrics — heat can damage them and the adhesive won't bond properly.

CARE TIPS

Wash inside out in cold or warm water (max 30°C). Avoid tumble drying and ironing directly over the patch.

Quanto costano le patch?
Le patch costano da 1€ a 4€ a seconda della dimensione e del design. Le basi (totebag, pouch, ecc.) costano da 6€ in su.
Come si applicano le patch?
Le patch vengono applicate con pressa termica industriale direttamente in negozio in 30 secondi. Puoi anche portarle a casa e applicarle con un ferro da stiro a 150°C.
Dove vi trovate esattamente?
C/ Bòria 24, 08003 Barcelona (quartiere El Born). A 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione metro Jaume I (L4).
Quali sono gli orari?
Lunedì al venerdì: 12:00 - 20:00h
Sabato e domenica: 11:00 - 20:00h
Serve un appuntamento?
No, vieni quando vuoi. Normalmente non c'è attesa, ma in alta stagione (estate, weekend) ci possono essere 5-10 minuti di coda.
Quali metodi di pagamento accettate?
Accettiamo contanti e carta (anche contactless). Carta preferibile.
Posso applicarle su qualsiasi tessuto?
Funzionano meglio su cotone, denim, tela, lana e miscele cotone-poliestere. NON raccomandate per seta, pelle, nylon, velluto o tessuti tecnici/impermeabili.
Come lavo i vestiti con le patch?
Lavare al rovescio in acqua fredda o tiepida (max. 30°C). NO asciugatrice. NO stirare direttamente sulla patch.
Offrite una garanzia?
Se una patch applicata in negozio si stacca nei primi giorni a causa di un difetto di fabbricazione, vieni in negozio e la riapplichiamo gratis o la sostituiamo. Lo stesso se hai problemi con portachiavi o altro.
Non parlo spagnolo. È un problema?
Per niente! Parliamo inglese, spagnolo e catalano.
